Meet Tracey GosnayA Yoga Therapist with over 1000 hours experience and a Rehabilitation Therapist
Tracey Gosnay is a Yoga Therapist with over 1000 hours experience and a Rehabilitation Therapist working with motor vehicle and work-related accident clients. She works with people who experience chronic pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS and postural habits. Tracey teaches breathing, yoga nidra, and meditation techniques to help ease anxiety, PTSD, and depression.
Tracey discovered yoga in Sudbury after she was diagnosed with arthritis. She began practicing yoga to alleviate the pain, and quickly fell in love with it. When she began a regular practice, she discovered the long list of benefits yoga offers, and soon she was able to stop her arthritis medication and became pain-free!
She was inspired to help others who were in pain and made the decision to teach yoga. Now she owns a Rehabilitation Therapy business and is combining Yoga and Rehabilitation with clients who have been in accidents and/or experience chronic pain.
Working alongside a local psychiatrist and his team, they have witnessed many clients who have improved their range of motion, balance, flexibility, strength, and so much more. This created a fire, a love and a passion for her to continue on that path. Tracey is inspired and excited for her clients when she sees the improvements they have made psychically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Tracey has completed over 1000 hours of yoga therapy training. She’s excited to continue her own spiritual journey and to grow as a person. You can find Tracey working with the team at HeadWay Clinic and Advantage Physiotherapy.
